STORM DAMAGE CLAIMS

Ironside Restoration specializes in property damage insurance claims resulting from hail, wind or storms. We work with all insurance companies and are a preferred contractor for most major insurance companies. We have also been recognized as a top performing contractor on these programs. To qualify as a preferred contractor we had to go through a rigorous credentialing and screening process and meet specific license, insurance, certification, background and financial requirements.

When areas are hit with severe storms it will draw unlicensed out of state contractors that will only be here for a short period of time. CLAIMS PROCESS

Pre-Inspection

One of our field representatives will inspect your property to make sure there is damage to warranty a claim. We will not file a claim unless enough damage is found to warranty a claim. We will make sure to inspect everything and photo document all damage that is found.

Authorization signed/ filing claim

Once we have inspected your property and feel there is enough damage to warrant a claim we will then have you sign our insurance Authorizations. This will allow us to represent you during your insurance inspections. This is not binding unless claim is approved. Once you have agreed to have us represent you, we will walk you through filing a claim and help expedite the process.

Adjuster Meeting

Your insurance company will contact you within 24-48 hours to give you an inspection date. Once we receive this date we will make sure to have a representative from our company there to represent you during inspection. We will have all necessary documents (photos, scope of work) to make sure you are getting everything that was damaged covered.

Pre-Construction meeting

We will bring samples to you in the comfort of your home so you can choose what materials and colors we will be using on your home. We will then give you a tentative schedule and collect first insurance check to fund starting repairs.

Production

We then put your job into production, this will continue daily until your home is complete and you are satisfied. Once job is complete we will come out and walk property with you and make sure you are happy with all repairs that were completed. Once you are in agreement that repairs are done to your satisfaction we will have you sign a COC (certificate of completion) so we can send to insurance to collect final deprecation check.

Final payment

Once you receive your final payment, approx 1-2 weeks after work is 100% completed, then we will come out an collect final payment and supply you with warranty paperwork and liens waivers.
